Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery within Singapore. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for processing, and 2 - 4 working days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once our logistics partner has picked up your order from our warehouse.

 

We will contact you at your registered email address, should there be any unforeseen delays with your order. Please note that we are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed. In the event that delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the re-shipping fee or pick it up from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of Singapore at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on regular priced items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unworn, and have their original tags intact. Once your return has been successfully processed, we will issue store credit (valid for 6 months) to your online account. This store credit note is only valid for purchases made on our online store. Please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com to arrange a return.

We accept exchanges for size (i.e. same style, different size) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com to arrange an exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn, with all original tags intact.

We regret that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Pickup

You may opt to pick up your online order at our boutique, located at ION Orchard #03-13. Please produce your online order invoice to collect your order in store.

 

However, please wait for us to notify you before heading down to pick up your item in store.

 

We will send you an email and text message once your order is ready for collection in store - this should typically take 3 -5 working days.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide your Order Number, Name and Email Address, with a description of the defective item.
