Delivery

At this time, we only offer delivery within Singapore. Delivery fees are a flat rate of $5. Please allow 5 - 8 working days to receive your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we have handed your order over to our delivery partner.

 

We will contact you at your registered email address, should there be any unforeseen delays with your order. Please note that we are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed. In the event that delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the re-shipping fee or pick it up from our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on regular priced items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unworn, and have their original tags intact. Please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com to arrange a return in store.

 

Returns will be refunded in store credits only (valid for 6 months).

We accept exchanges for size (i.e. same style, different size) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com to arrange an exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn, with all original tags intact.

We regret that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Pickup

You may opt to pick up your online order at any of our stores in Singapore. Please produce your online order invoice to collect your order in store.

 

However, please wait for us to notify you before heading down to pick up your item in store.

 

We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection in store - this typically takes 3 -5 working days.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at hello@tyanboutique.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide your Order Number, Name and Email Address, with a description of the defective item.
